Sunwoo Holding Group was renamed from the original Pinde International Investment Holdings (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. in 2024.The predecessor of its main member companies was founded in 1997.

The founder started his journey with wool in 1993. Following nature’s course, achieving its essence，in the past 30 years, the group of people who love wool have adhered to respect for life and awe of nature. In this living reincarnation, they have always played the role of a bridge, connecting traditional animal husbandry and modern textile industry with infinite love.

After 30 years of development, the group has established an excellent global supply chain system, and has achieved an annual production of 24,000 tons ofhigh-quality Merino wool tops, an annual scouring capacity of 40,000 tons of greasy wool, and an annual sales revenue of nearly 3 billion yuan, becoming the flagship group in the wool top manufacturing industry.The business covers the import and export trade of greasy wool, wool processing, wool top manufacturing and wool after treatment.

History

1997

Established Tongxiang Sun Economic and Trade Co., Ltd. to engage in wool and textile raw materials business

1999

Established a wool top production factory and officially entered the wool top manufacturing industry

2002

Zhejiang Redsun WoolenTextile Co., Ltd.was established to achieve anannual production capacity of 2,500 tons of wool tops.

2005

Redsun increased its imported equipment workshop and increased its annual production capacity to 5,000 tons.

2007 year

Invested in the establishment of Zhejiang Fengtar Wool Technology Co., Ltd

2009

Fengtar has achieved an annual production capacity of 6,000 tons, and the group has achieved an annual production capacity of 11,000 tons.

2011

Fengtar has achieved an annual production capacity of 6,000 tons, and the group has achieved an annual production capacity of 11,000 tons.

2015
