AI Visual Inspection

We use advanced deep learning technology to create an AI visual inspection system. By analyzing more than 100,000 annotated photos, we cover 7 categories and 46 kinds of defects, and accurately identify defects such as color fiber, vegetable matter, nip, coarse fiber, medullated fiber and foreign fiber .Our system can carefully distinguish the dark, medium and light colors of the color hair, as well as the dead fiber, medullated fiber and coarse fiber. Compared with manual testing, our AI testing efficiency has increased by more than 10 times and the accuracy rate has increased by more than 20%.
